The HP-1 Soft Helmet is a basic model that provides simple and easy head protection from everyday knocks, scrapes, and bumps. It is an effective solution that can help reduce injuries resulting from minor falls or repeated knocks. This soft special needs helmet is suitable for adults, children, and toddlers and is exceptionally light (100 grams). Its high-density foam filling makes it highly effective at protecting from impacts. 

Additionally, the HP-1 Soft Helmet can be customized with a “closed/covered top” for protection from impacts from above or semi-open as standard to resist knocks to the front, back, and sides. There is also an option of having an integral soft sun peak. 

The HP-1 has an adjustable chin strap as a standard that offers excellent hold and comfort. This means that the hat can stay secure on the head, even during a fall. Each HP-1 head protector is manufactured individually to order and is supplied millimetre-perfect, which helps to keep it in place.

The HP-1 features a cotton lining that efficiently wicks moisture. An open-top version is available for increased airflow, but it may not be suitable for impacts to the head.
